Can I import my customers from a spreadsheet?

Most pool companies come to PoolPuma with their business already written down somewhere: a spreadsheet of customers, a route sheet, a list of pools and addresses. You do not have to retype all of that to get started.

Free CSV or Excel onboarding migration help is included on every self-service plan, Solo, Team, and Growth. During onboarding, the team helps bring your existing data into PoolPuma: customers, properties, bodies of water, and your route lists. That is the point of the migration help, to get your real book of business into the system so your first week on PoolPuma reflects the routes you already run, not a blank account you rebuild from scratch.

If you are coming off another platform or a larger legacy export, that is supported as well. Growth includes migration help for larger spreadsheet exports, and Enterprise includes migration planning for larger legacy data when the standard plans do not cover the scope. The bigger and messier the existing data, the more that hands-on help matters, which is why it is bundled rather than sold as an add-on.

Migration pairs naturally with the included onboarding call. The call is where the team helps build your first routes and get your customers loaded, so the import and the initial setup happen together rather than as two disconnected chores. The aim is to be running next week’s routes from PoolPuma in days, not stuck in a long data-entry project.
