Answer

Can I run multiple routes per technician?

Yes. Each route belongs to one technician and one service day, so a tech normally has a separate route per weekday. When someone needs more than one route on the same day, a short label keeps the versions apart. Weekly routes are unlimited on every plan, so you are never capped on route count.

A route in PoolPuma is tied to one technician and one service day, which means a technician usually has several routes: a Monday route, a Tuesday route, and so on across the days they work. That is the normal shape, and there is no limit on how many routes a person can own.

You can also give the same technician more than one route on the same day. A route carries an optional short label for exactly this. If a tech splits Wednesday into a north loop and a south loop, you create two Wednesday routes and label them, and both show up as distinct route sheets. This is useful when a single day’s stop list is too big to treat as one drive, or when you want to keep commercial and residential work on separate sheets.

Because the assigned user can be an owner, a manager, or a pool operator, a one-person company can hold every route under a single account without inventing extra staff logins. As you hire, you reassign or build routes for the new techs without touching anyone else’s.

Weekly routes are unlimited on every plan, including Solo. The plan tier caps serviced locations, not routes, so route count is never the thing that pushes you to upgrade. When you dispatch a day, each active route for that weekday becomes its own route run, so a technician with two Wednesday routes gets two runs to work, tracked separately on the progress dashboard.
