PoolPuma
Answer

Does PoolPuma integrate with QuickBooks?

No. PoolPuma does not integrate with QuickBooks today, and it does not generate invoices or process payments. What it does is keep the billing detail behind the work: every completed visit, work order, billable material, and labor minute stays tied to the pool it happened at, ready to reference when you invoice in your existing system.

The honest answer is no. PoolPuma does not currently connect to QuickBooks, and it does not sync invoices or push financial data into accounting software. Published plan prices are software subscription prices, and they do not include payment processing or third-party integrations. If a company’s first requirement is deep QuickBooks or invoicing integration, that is worth weighing carefully, because it is not something PoolPuma does today.

What PoolPuma does is upstream of the invoice. It keeps the billing detail behind the work tied to the pool where the work happened: completed visits, work orders, billable materials, and labor time all stay anchored to the specific body of water and the day they occurred. So when you sit down to bill, the record of what was actually done, and where, is already assembled rather than reconstructed from memory or scattered notes.

That means PoolPuma is the source of truth for what to bill, while the invoicing itself happens in whatever system you already use. You pull the completed work and materials for a customer and carry those numbers into your accounting or invoicing tool. It is not automated hand-off, and being clear about that is better than implying a sync that does not exist.

Because completed visits are frozen at the time of service, with photos, readings, and the pool’s details captured that day, the billing detail also doubles as proof. When a customer questions a charge, you are not defending a number in a vacuum. You have the time-stamped, located record of the visit behind it.

If QuickBooks integration or built-in invoicing ships later, it will be described plainly here as a real feature rather than hinted at in advance.
