How many pools does each plan cover?

Each plan sets one main limit: the number of serviced locations you can manage. Solo is capped at 150, Team at 600, and Growth at 1,500. Enterprise picks up above 1,500 with pricing scoped case by case.

The limit counts serviced locations, not pools. A serviced location is a property you actively service that has at least one active pool or spa. A property with a pool and a spa, or a commercial site with several bodies of water, counts as a single serviced location. So the cap reflects how many stops are on your routes rather than a raw pool count, which often makes your serviced-location number lower than a raw pool tally would suggest.

Almost everything else is uncapped. Every plan includes unlimited team members, so you are not charged for adding office staff or field techs. Weekly routes are unlimited too, which matters if you run many technician-and-day route sheets or keep multiple versions for the same day. Customers, properties, bodies of water, service visits, and photo history are not metered.

The feature set does not change between tiers either. Solo, Team, and Growth all include the full app: routes, daily dispatch, service visit logging with readings and photo proof, skipped-stop reasons, and the route progress dashboard. The higher tiers exist to raise the serviced-location ceiling as you grow, not to unlock features that were held back on the cheaper plan.

If you are close to a threshold, it is usually cheaper to move up a tier than to prune your account, and annual billing gives two months free on any plan.
