How much does pool service software cost?

Pool service software prices usually work one of two ways: a flat monthly plan, or a per-technician or per-visit fee that climbs as you grow. PoolPuma uses flat monthly tiers based on the number of serviced locations you manage, so the price does not move every time you add a truck or a route.

Here is the full structure. Solo is $39 a month and covers up to 150 serviced locations. Team is $99 a month and covers up to 600. Growth is $199 a month and covers up to 1,500. Annual billing on any of these gives you two months free: $390, $990, and $1,990 a year. Above 1,500 locations, Enterprise is quoted case by case so the terms fit how your company operates.

A serviced location is a property you actively service that has at least one active pool or spa. A property with three bodies of water counts once, not three times, so your plan limit tracks the stops on your routes rather than every individual pool.

Every plan includes the same thing: customers, properties, and pools, weekly route sheets, daily dispatch, service visit logging with readings and photo proof, the route progress dashboard, and a 1:1 onboarding call to build your first routes and import your customer list. There are no per-visit fees and no setup fee.

Published plan prices are software subscription prices. They do not include payment processing, SMS, or third-party integrations. If those features ship later, their costs would be listed separately rather than folded quietly into the plan price.
