Yes, and it is included on every plan, not sold separately. When you sign up for Solo, Team, or Growth, a 1:1 onboarding call is part of what you get.

The call is working time, not a sales demo. The purpose is to get your account set up around how your company actually operates: building your first weekly routes, loading your customers, properties, and bodies of water, and pairing that with the free CSV or Excel migration help so your real book of business lands in PoolPuma. Instead of staring at an empty account and guessing how to structure routes and schedules, you walk through it with someone who has set up pool companies before.

This matters because the hardest part of adopting new software is usually the first setup, not the day-to-day use. Getting routes, schedules, and customer data right at the start is what makes the following week feel normal. The onboarding call is designed to compress that, so setup takes days rather than dragging into a months-long project that never quite finishes.

Practically, come to the call with your current customer and route data exported as cleanly as you can, whether that is a spreadsheet or an export from another tool. The team uses it to build your routes and import your accounts during onboarding, and you leave with a working setup you can dispatch from.
