PoolPuma
Field app for techs

The pool service app your techs will actually use.

A pool service app should let a tech see today's stops, service the right pool, and log what happened in seconds. PoolPuma gives every tech their assigned runs on the phone, with chemistry readings, dosing, notes, photos, and skip reasons captured at each stop and saved to the body of water itself.

What it does

Built around how the day actually runs

Assigned work

Today's stops, nothing else to dig through

The app opens on the tech's assigned runs for the day. No scrolling past other routes, other techs, or the whole customer list to find the pools they are responsible for.

  • Each tech sees only their assigned route runs
  • Stops in the order the route was built
  • Service address, access notes, and pool details on every stop
Logging

Log readings, dosing, and photos per stop

Completing a stop records a service visit against that body of water: vitals, chemicals used, notes, and photos. PoolPuma captures the device time and location at logging so the office has proof the visit really happened. Your company proof policy sets the bar for what counts as done: a minimum photo count, required readings, and required skip notes, with manager overrides recorded.

  • Chemistry readings and dosing entered in seconds
  • Photos attached as proof on every completed visit, with no plan-based photo caps
  • Time and location captured automatically at logging
  • A company proof policy enforces minimum photos and readings before a stop closes
Exceptions

Skips come with a reason, not a mystery

When a gate is locked or a pool cannot be serviced, the tech skips the stop and picks a reason. The office sees the skip and why it happened without a single phone call.

Dead zones

Keeps working when the signal drops

Equipment rooms and backyards are not known for great reception. The app tolerates a weak or dropped connection while a tech logs a visit, and syncs the work up once the phone is back online.

Privacy

What techs can log, and what they can never see

Techs get the pool details they need to do the job and the relevant service history. They do not see customer billing, contact records, company settings, or any route that is not theirs.

  • No customer billing or contact details in the field view
  • No company settings or other techs' routes
  • Opens in the phone browser, nothing to install

Questions

Answers before you sign up

Do I need to download an app from the App Store?

No. PoolPuma opens in the phone's web browser, so there is nothing for techs to install or update. They log in, see today's stops, and start working.

Will it work where there is no cell signal?

Yes. The app tolerates a weak or dropped connection while a tech logs readings, photos, and notes at a stop, then syncs the work to the office once the phone reconnects.

Can techs see every customer in the account?

No. Techs see only their assigned routes, the stops on them, and the pool details and service history needed to do the work. Customer billing, contact records, and company settings stay out of the field view.

What happens to a pool's history when a tech leaves?

Nothing is lost. Every reading, photo, and note is saved to the body of water, not the tech's phone, so the next person picks up the full service history.

Give field work a cleaner loop.

Assigned stops go out, logged visits come back with proof, and the office sees the day without chasing anyone.
